从武汉市东湖分离到一株点状气单胞菌噬菌体DH1。在形态学上,噬菌体DH1为典型的肌病毒科结构,由直径50 nm的等长头和可见的尾巴组成。噬菌体潜伏期约为90分钟,平均爆发大小约为125 PFU•Cell-1。噬菌体基因组的限制性内切酶图谱显示,该基因组为双链DNA,大小约为34kb。测序的基因组片段在蛋白水平上与其他肌病毒科噬菌体的gp04和gp16序列高度相似。
