摘要

目的:报告一例术后给予丝裂霉素C (MMC)治疗的翼状胬肉术后50年发生的角膜巩膜融化。结果:一名93岁的女性在翼状胬肉手术后50年出现急性角膜穿孔和巩膜融化。她接受了角膜缘移植。术后前房重建，眼压正常。移植后12个月，最佳矫正视力为20/500，移植物-宿主连接良好。结论:本病例提示翼状胬肉切除合并术后局部MMC后50年仍可发生角膜巩膜融化。
