A 16-year-old female patient with a chief complaint of anterior open-bite had a symmetric face, incompetent lips, convex profile, retrusive lower lip and chin. Intraoral examination showed that the buccal segments were in Class II relationship, and there was anterior open-bite (overbite -6.5 mm). The cephalometric analysis showed Class II skeletal relationship with increased lower facial height. The treatment plan included intrusion of the maxillary posterior teeth using zygomatic miniplates followed by fixed orthodontic treatment. At the end of treatment Class I canine and molar relationships were achieved, anterior open-bite was corrected and normal smile line was obtained. 摘要

本病例报告介绍了一例骨Cl - II错颌合和前牙开咬患者的治疗方法,该患者通过上颌后牙侵入颧骨微型钢板进行治疗。16岁女性,主诉为前路开咬,面部对称,唇不全,轮廓凸出,下唇和下巴后缩。口内检查显示颊段为II级关系,有前牙合开(复牙合-6.5 mm)。头颅测量分析显示II类骨骼关系与下面部高度增加有关。治疗方案包括上颌后牙植入颧微型钢板,固定正畸治疗。治疗结束时,犬齿与磨牙关系达到I级,前牙开咬得到矫正,微笑线恢复正常。颧骨微型钢板骨支抗是上颌后牙侵入开咬治疗的有效方法。
