院前紧急医疗服务(EMC)是灾害管理中的一项关键服务。本研究的目的是探讨院前紧急医疗服务(EMS)在伊朗灾害响应期间的挑战。方法:2015年4月至2017年3月进行定性研究。数据是通过对23名在灾难领域有经验的人进行深入的半结构化访谈收集的,这些人是通过有目的的抽样选择的。数据分析采用内容分析法。结果:分析中出现了15个分主题和以下6个主题:与人有关的挑战、与基础设施有关的挑战、与信息管理系统有关的挑战、与人员有关的挑战、与管理问题有关的挑战和与医疗保健有关的挑战。结论:伊朗院前紧急医疗服务在过去的灾难中一直很混乱。这一进程的改善需要基础设施改革、规划、工作人员培训和公众教育。
