The Comprehensive Geriatric Assessment has an important role in assessing polypharmacy and optimizing potentially inappropriate medications and potentially prescribing omissions in these patients. Dementia-Related Results of "Costs of Medication in Older Patients: Before and After Comprehensive Geriatric Assessment".
