In a comparison group a sanation relaparotomy was applied only. International classifications SOFA, APACHE II, Manheim’s Index of the Peritonitis Severity were used for estimation of the patients’ state severity. 摘要
本文介绍了37例弥漫性腹膜炎患者的治疗经验，其中18例合并真空治疗。对照组仅行剖腹手术。采用国际分类SOFA、APACHE II、Manheim ' s Index of the peronitis Severity评估患者状态的严重程度。真空治疗的应用显著减少了腹腔微生物污染，避免了腔室综合征的发生，降低了卫生开腹成形率。
