摘要

探讨认知缺陷预防对颈动脉狭窄患者的疗效。术中应用神经保护术，使再灌注综合征征象率从35.6%降至3.4%，认知缺陷水平也降低，使术中或早期发病的一般发生风险降低。应用多学科方法来保证认知功能临床监测的质量是有利的。
