摘要

一例80岁男性患者因胸主动脉支架植入术感染气道内侵蚀(穿孔)致咯血而转至我院。入院时的血液培养检测到革兰氏阳性棒,基于微阵列、多路、自动分子诊断仪器(Verigene®系统)检测到李斯特菌。尽管单核增生李斯特菌是支架感染的罕见菌,但由于细菌的快速鉴定,我们能够在住院的第二天开始适当的抗生素治疗。Verigene®系统被认为是有用的严重感染性疾病,包括支架移植感染,即使致病的有机体是罕见的。
