摘要

目的:本研究旨在评估波斯语儿童职业自我评估的构念效度,为职业治疗师评估伊朗儿童的职业能力和价值观提供一个工具。方法:选取两所儿童专科医院7.5 ~ 11岁注意缺陷多动障碍患儿250例(女87例,男163例)。研究人员把问题读给孩子们听,让他们自己找出答案。采用Rasch评定量表模型对数据进行分析。结果:有4个条目显示不匹配,删除这些条目后,波斯语版问卷有21个条目具有适当的效度。结论:波斯语版《儿童职业自评》可采用新项目格式。替换缺失的问题以进一步开发该工具也是有用的。
