Bleeding, pain, healing, Dummett oral pigmentation index (DOPI) and Hedin melanin score changes and repigmentation were assessed. Patients were followed for 6 months.</p><p><strong>Results: </strong>A total number of 14 patients were involved in this study. There were statistically significant differences in reduction of DOPI and Hedin melanin score in each treatment groups separately while diode laser group had better results (P < 0.0001). There was no statistically significant difference between groups in terms of repigmentation. There was more pain in diode laser group (P < 0.0001) and there was more bleeding in Er,Cr:YSGG laser group (P = 0.0156). 背景与目的:本研究的目的是评价二极管激光与Er,Cr:YSGG激光消融治疗生理性牙龈黑色素色素过沉症的疗效。材料与方法:本研究采用裂口、双盲、临床试验设计。二极管激光器功率设为1 W,光纤320µ,辐照方式为连续波,处理方式为接触尖端,Er,Cr:YSGG激光器(2780 nm)功率设为100 MJ,频率为15 Hz,总功率为1.75 W, 10%水,20%空气。评估出血、疼痛、愈合、口腔色素沉着指数(DOPI)、Hedin黑色素评分变化及色素沉着。随访6个月。结果:本研究共纳入14例患者。各治疗组在DOPI降低、Hedin黑色素评分方面差异均有统计学意义,其中二极管激光组效果更好(P < 0.0001)。两组间在色素沉着方面无统计学差异。二极管激光组疼痛较多(P < 0.0001), Er、Cr:YSGG激光组出血较多(P = 0.0156)。Er、Cr:YSGG激光组牙龈愈合明显(P < 0.0001)。结论:二极管激光有较好的降低DOPI和Hedin黑色素指数评分的效果。
