摘要

目的:探讨变性人(FtM)在变性手术(SRS)后身体形象感知、自尊和自信的变化。设计与方法:准实验研究于2018年5月至2019年5月对接受FtM SRS的女性个体进行。研究数据采用个人信息表、身体形象量表、库珀史密斯自尊量表和自信量表收集。结果:术后患者身体形象感知、自尊、自信均有改善。由于术后身体形象感知高于术前身体形象感知，术后患者的自尊和自信水平也较高。此外，随着她们自尊心的增强，她们的自信心也在增强。实践意义:发现患者术后身体形象感知、自尊、自信均有改善。
