本文报告一例49岁女性,因TSH水平(0.005 mU/L)抑制,主诉咽喉痛和前颈痛,转诊至医院进行甲状腺扫描。扫描中发现弥漫性和双侧肺摄取。患者有COVID-19症状阳性史。双肺多灶性和双侧磨玻璃混浊(GGOs)符合covid -19相关肺炎肺部受累的典型特征。
