目的:了解护生心理健康教育水平、心理疾病信念及从事心理健康工作的兴趣。设计与方法:对方便抽样的173名护生进行描述性研究。问卷内容包括精神疾病信念、从事精神卫生工作的兴趣和从事护理工作的倾向。研究结果:主要发现所有护生对心理健康工作的兴趣较低,与心理疾病的危险认知相关。实践意义:有必要在理论和实践学习中讨论心理健康信念,因为它最终可能有助于提高护理质量并改善心理保健的形象。
