At federal level, a number of concepts and approaches are implemented. In 2020 and 2021, in accordance with Article 4 of the Mental Health Assistance Act the first Bavarian Psychiatry Report was prepared. Important data bases include the billing and care data of Bavaria's Association of Statutory Health Insurance Physicians and the administrative data of the Bavarian districts.
