摘要

近年来,利用血管内去神经支配(EDN)治疗顽固性高血压引起了极大的关注。除了降低交感神经活动外,EDN还可能对肺动脉高压、胰岛素抵抗、慢性肾病、心房颤动、心力衰竭、阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征、腰痛血尿综合征、癌痛等有有益作用。本文就EDN在临床研究中的进展作一综述。
