摘要

研究人员和专业人士不断评估工作中心理社会因素的积极影响。本研究从心理计量学角度考察了超短版本的Utrech工作投入量表(UWES-3)的使用。秘鲁利马的200名工人参加了这项研究,年龄从21岁到53岁不等。我们根据量表的内部结构和与其他构念的关系来证实量表的有效性;Cronbach α (α)、ω (ω)和H系数为信度估计量。结果证实了UWES-3量表的单维度性及其与倦怠综合征的负相关;基于三个估计量的量表信度很高。UWES-3的初步有效性和可靠性结果可以被认为是令人满意的,并鼓励在秘鲁劳动力中继续使用。
