No significant difference was observed between the two groups (<i>P</i>>0.05). Bone augmentation in group 1 and group 2 were (2.85±1.81), (4.92±2.22) mm. There was significant difference between the two groups (<i>P</i><0.05). New bone growth occurred more slowly in group 1 (0.70 mm±0.32 mm) than in group 2 (1.25 mm±0.47 mm) (<i>P</i>>0.05). Probe depths (PD), clinical attachment levels (CAL), and sulcus bleeding indices (SBI) showed no statistically significant difference between the two groups (<i>P</i>>0.05). The one-year survival rate of natural tooth in group 1 and group 2 were 100%, 94.2%, and the one-year survival rate of implants in both groups was 100%.</p><p><strong>Conclusions: </strong>The effect of bone augmentation with combination therapy was more ideal in group 2 than in group 1. 摘要

目的:探讨Er:YAG激光联合乙二胺四乙酸(EDTA)治疗种植体附近三壁牙周骨内缺损的临床疗效。方法:对30例临近种植区三壁牙周骨内缺损患者进行联合治疗。三壁骨内缺损患者根据种植体与自然牙间骨内袋的深度分为两组。术后10天评估创面愈合情况,术后6个月评估骨增强情况。结果:1组初愈率为92.31%,2组初愈率为82.35%。两组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。组1和组2的骨增加量分别为(2.85±1.81)、(4.92±2.22)mm,两组比较差异有统计学意义(PP>0.05)。两组间探针深度(PD)、临床附着水平(CAL)、沟出血指数(SBI)差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。1、2组自然牙1年成活率分别为100%、94.2%,种植体1年成活率均为100%。结论:2组骨增强联合治疗效果优于1组。由于种植体和骨移植物提供的空间维持以及Er:YAG激光和EDTA提供的良好的根表面生物相容性,种植体联合治疗可能是重建三壁骨内缺陷的可行技术。
