摘要

我们报告一例肺囊虫病表现为肿块病变。局限于肺部的囊虫病是一种罕见的人类囊虫病表现。该病主要影响中枢神经系统、骨骼肌和眼睛。肺部受累是罕见的，通常表现为双侧肺结节。根据抗囊虫抗体酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)阳性诊断，患者开始接受抗寄生虫治疗和类固醇治疗。症状和放射学均有改善。以往未见孤立性肺囊虫病表现为肿块性病变的病例报告。
