The mean Fear of COVID-19 Scale total score of the women in the study was 24.43 ± 6.61. In this study, significant differences in prenatal attachment were observed for age, education, number of pregnancies, pregnancy week, and number of children. Moreover, the fear of COVİD-19 was detected as a statistically significant difference between the COVID-19 status and having several children (p < .05).</p><p><strong>Conclusion: </strong>There was a link found between fear of COVID-19 and prenatal attachment in pregnant women. 摘要

目的:本研究的目的是确定COVID-19恐惧与大流行期间孕妇产前依恋之间的关系。方法:采用横断面和描述性研究,共纳入377名年龄在18-45岁之间的参与者。该研究于2021年8月至12月在土耳其东部进行。使用社会人口学问卷、COVID-19恐惧量表和产前依恋İnventory收集数据。结果:平均产前依恋İnventory总分为58.20±10.61。研究女性新冠肺炎恐惧量表总分平均为24.43±6.61分。在本研究中,产前依恋在年龄、受教育程度、怀孕次数、怀孕周数和子女数方面存在显著差异。此外,对COVİD-19的恐惧在COVİD-19状态和有几个孩子之间被发现具有统计学意义(p < 0.05)。结论:孕妇对COVID-19的恐惧与产前依恋之间存在联系。建议保健中心提供培训和支持项目,以解决COVID-19引起的恐惧,并改善妇女的产前依恋。
