A large subset of patients after SCT develop chronic kidney disease<span>. They can be broadly classified into thrombotic microangiopathy, </span></span></span></span>nephrotic syndrome<span>, and calcineurin toxicity. Dialysis requirement after SCT is associated with mortality exceeding 80%. Kidney Disease Following Hematopoietic Stem Cell Transplantation
