摘要

目的:探讨高等教育学生(HES)积极心理健康(PMH)、心理脆弱性(PV)及其预测因素。设计与方法:采用社会人口学信息在线问卷、PMH问卷和PV量表,对3322名学生进行横断面预测研究。研究发现:大多数参与者的PV得分为“繁荣”,67.7%的参与者的PV得分为“高”。回归模型发现PMH有显著的预测变量。实践启示:性别、年龄、定期运动、健康饮食、每天用餐次数和休闲活动是PMH的显著阳性预测因子。PV是唯一显著的负预测因子。因此,提高心理卫生知识素养可作为支持卫生系统的一项战略。
