摘要

多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)是影响巴士拉省妇女生育能力的最常见妇科疾病之一。本研究旨在通过测量多囊卵巢综合征患者的相关参数及其与性激素的关系来评估多囊卵巢综合症患者的铁异常。从一家私人妇女诊所收集了45名多囊卵巢综合征患者和45名对照者的血清样本,并在私人医学实验室通过ELISA进行测量。结果显示,铁调素、转铁蛋白和雌二醇的水平显著降低,而铁、铁蛋白、孕酮和睾酮的水平显著升高。目前的研究表明,多囊卵巢综合征妇女的铁水平及其血清调节参数明显失衡,铁状况与性激素之间存在有效相关性。
