This meta-analysis included 10 clinical trials of 562 breast cancer patients treated with calendula, silymarin, or aloe vera for the prevention of radiodermatitis. 目的：评价中药制剂对癌症放射性皮炎的防治效果。方法：从PubMed、Web of Science、Embase、Cochrane Library和中国国家知识基础设施（CNKI）等数据库中检索随机对照试验，以评估中药制剂与标准药物或安慰剂在预防或治疗癌症放射性皮炎方面的有效性。结果：纳入了涉及1994名患者的16项研究的数据。这项荟萃分析包括10项临床试验，共有562名癌症患者接受金盏花、水飞蓟素或芦荟治疗，以预防放射性皮炎。水飞蓟素在改善放射性皮炎的损害方面表现出积极作用，而金盏花和芦荟在治疗放射性皮炎方面的疗效缺乏足够的证据。结论：中药治疗癌症放射性皮炎有一定疗效，但今后还需要更全面的研究和临床试验。
Evaluation of the effect of herbal agents as management of radiodermatitis in breast cancer patients: A systematic review and meta-analysis
Objective
