This paper presents the process of determining the working method and normal times for the technological operation of runstitching women’s blouse collars, which includes the design of an ergonomically designed workplace, the selection and technical equipment of the universal sewing machine and the determination of the optimal work method and normal times using the Methods-Time Measurement (MTM) system. The research results obtained indicate that the technical equipment of a universal sewing machine has a significant impact on the structure of the technological sewing operation and the working method, i.e. the number of auxiliary manual technological suboperations. 摘要

工艺缝纫过程中的工作过程是在机器系统上进行的,其特点是机器-手动工作,工人和机器同时工作。这样的工作体系要求对任务的质、量、准确、及时的执行承担很大的责任,这就要求工人的反应迅速、准确,并具备极好的心理运动和视觉技能。本文介绍了女式衬衫平缝领工艺操作的工作方法和正常工作时间的确定过程,包括工效设计的工作场所设计、通用缝纫机的选型和技术设备以及采用方法-时间测量(MTM)系统确定最佳工作方法和正常工作时间。研究结果表明,通用缝纫机的工艺装备对工艺缝纫操作的结构和工作方法,即辅助人工工艺子操作的数量有显著影响。改进技术设备,即增加通用缝纫机上使用的自动化功能的数量,减少辅助人工子操作的数量,减少执行工艺操作所需的时间,提高工作效率。
