摘要

AP2/ERF (APETALA2/乙烯响应因子)是一类植物特异性转录因子,广泛参与植物生长发育和胁迫应答等多种生物过程。水稻是中国重要的粮食作物,但在生育期受到多种不利环境因素的严重影响。研究发现AP2/ERF转录因子在水稻胁迫响应中起重要作用。本文综述了水稻AP2/ERF转录因子的分类和结构结构,并对不同AP2/ERF亚家族在水稻抗病、干旱、盐胁迫和低温胁迫中的作用和分子机制进行了综述。本研究为进一步解读水稻AP2/ erfs介导的胁迫响应调控网络分子网络及其在水稻品种抗逆性改良中的应用潜力提供了参考。
