摘要

研究了活性炭吸附提取葵花油中多环芳烃的工艺。研究了活性炭-异生物质体系对苯并蒽、苯并芘、苯并(e)芘、苯乙烯、苯并荧蒽及其混合物的比吸附值。研究了在等温条件(25±0.01℃)下,体系的相接触时间、组分比例对PAHs萃取程度的影响。采用高效液相色谱-荧光检测器法(HPLC/FLD)控制油的纯化程度。根据所发现的模式,提出了用活性炭从多环芳烃中纯化葵花籽油并获得葵花籽油基质的最佳条件。
