摘要

摘要数据是目前数字营销公司决策过程中最有价值的来源。本文的主要目的是研究数据利用在数字营销过程中的扩展。对主要目标的研究得到了两个子目标的支持,这两个子目标侧重于营销人员基于数据的方法的知识水平和这些方法适用的领域。采用问卷形式的定量研究作为主要研究方法。论文的研究结果表明,人们对大数据和人工智能工具有足够的认识,并揭示了目前尚未开发的将其应用于数字营销过程的潜力。
