Actores clave de Turismo Sostenible. Estudio de caso: San Telmo, Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires

This paper identifies and analyzes the role of the actors involved in the development of tourism activity within the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires (Argentina), specifically in Commune 1 in the San Telmo neighborhood. International organizations, the private sector, the third sector, civil society and the State are involved in this development. A map of key actors is designed, identifying the relevant people or areas in the planning, design, implementation and evaluation processes of public policies and their links with tourism and sustainability. It is observed that the State at all levels has a high influence and impact on the problems observed as well as the possible proposals for improvement.
