摘要

研究了两种水溶性磺酰胺:芳香族4-氨基苯磺酰胺(Sa)和脂肪族三氟甲基磺酰胺(tFmSa)对菠菜叶绿体类囊体atP合成酶催化部分潜在和刺激的atPase活性的影响。本工作采用了三种刺激atPase活性的方法:在62°С下短暂加热;用20%甲醇孵育;向反应介质中加入25mm亚硫酸钠。tFmSa在所有类型的激活中都有效地抑制了该酶的atPase活性。在酶热处理的情况下,发现的i50(tFmSa)值约为5μm,在用亚硫酸盐或甲醇活化酶的情况下为1μm。Sa在亚硫酸盐刺激下不影响atPase活性,在加热或甲醇刺激下用i50抑制约50μm。没有观察到Sa对潜伏酶活性的影响,而tFmSa显示出激活潜伏atPase约6倍。所获得的数据表明,这两种磺酰胺类化合物都被称为碳酸酐酶抑制剂,能够改变叶绿体atPase的活性。
