The system development method used is the Waterfall model, starting from analysis, design, implementation and testing. The design is using Data Flow Diagrams (DFD) using context diagrams, Level 0 and Level 1 DFDs and Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERD), PHP programming language and MySQL database. SMA Negeri 1 Tamiang Layang是位于东巴里托县的一所高中。本研究的目的是建立一个SMA Negeri 1 Tamiang Layang新生入学管理信息系统网站。所使用的系统开发方法是瀑布模型，从分析、设计、实现和测试开始。该设计使用数据流图（DFD）、上下文图、0级和1级DFD以及实体关系图（ERD）、PHP编程语言和MySQL数据库。研究的结果是，可以制作一个运行正常、功能正常的SMA Negeri 1 Tamiang Layang新生入学管理信息系统管理网站。
