摘要

目的本研究旨在拓宽对增材制造(AM)知识体系的理解,根据骨科医疗植入物行业公司的经验,提出一个更适合当前技术发展水平的模型,支持在行业中实施AM的决策。设计/方法/方法基于设计科学研究,设计了采用AM的决策模型,并提交给巴西骨科植入物行业的专家进行改进。为了对最终模型进行实证检验,在一家考虑实施AM的公司和另一家不考虑实施的公司进行了访谈,以评估模型。发现该模型考虑了AM实施决策分析的七个维度:法律约束、财务、技术、运营、组织、供应链和外部因素,细分为42个在实施决策中发挥相关作用的标准。给出了各维度的分析因子和标准。独创性/价值该模型力求尽可能完整,可供各种工业生产部门使用,包括对卫生监管机构要求的分析,适用于对医疗植入物制造实施AM的决策进行分析,这在其他模型中是找不到的。
