Therefore, this research work has the purpose of implementing a mobile cellular telephone base (TMC), GSM 2G and the development of a LTE 4G signal reception system, all this through the use of software-defined radio and free software tools. The implementation of the base station generates and manages the wireless resource issued by it, in order to provide short text messaging services and voice call.
