Twenty-two healthy adults were separated into an experimental (EXP; n = 10) and a control group (CON; n = 12). All completed 20 weeks of a fitness-oriented program. Only EXP used ETM®. All subjects were evaluated on body composition, Course Navette test and Squat Jump test.No differenceswere found between both groups inbody compositionor jump power.
