摘要

采用有限元法对95X18耐蚀钢滚花(最接近的模拟物是AISI 440B、AISI 440C、AISI A756、DIN-1.4125、SUS440C、Z100CD17)进行了仿真研究。利用CAE系统SolidWorks计算图的应力、应变和位移。研究了强化面积与加工刀具几何形状和加载力的关系。通过计算机仿真,提出了滚花参数优化算法。仿真结果与实验结果具有一定的相关性。
