介绍。交叉鞍区囊肿包括Rathke裂性囊肿、胶质囊肿、蛛网膜囊肿、皮样囊肿和表皮样囊肿。目的是确定每种类型的交叉鞍区囊肿的手术治疗的具体特征，以达到最佳的术后效果。方法和材料。2009年至2018年，对57例交叉鞍区囊肿患者进行了检查和治疗。所有患者均行经蝶窦内窥镜治疗交叉鞍区囊肿。57例手术患者中，随访观察复发2例。对于每一种类型的交叉鞍区囊肿，都有特定的手术治疗特点，以达到最佳的术后效果。
