摘要

本研究的建议是通过分三个阶段采用Kisser甘油果冻技术来制备永久性的原生生物和轮虫片。总共制作了450片原生生物和轮虫。2年后,载玻片保持稳定,没有真菌污染的迹象,并且生物体保持其完整的形态构象。所提出的技术有望保护标本的形态特征,具有操作风险低、成本低、试剂少和易于处理的特点,可以为实际课堂创建教学集合。
