摘要

为了减少跨海大桥施工对环境的影响,有必要采用多方监督的方法对施工过程中的环境质量进行检测。因此,本文基于进化博弈理论构建了一个跨桥施工环境质量检测模型。该模型包括政府、公众和建筑企业之间的实物手段检测模型和三方进化博弈监管模型。根据实际情况选择合理的检测方法,对桥梁施工环境质量进行博弈监测,并精心布置监测点。最后,政府需要完善污染管理的基本制度,提出有效的监督策略,加强监督措施,建立污染评估体系,并惩罚不积极控制污染的企业。通过实际检测得到跨海大桥施工环境质量,并通过博弈模型分析监理改进策略。
