摘要

研究了含不同铜离子的DMSO前驱体溶液在玻璃基底上合成CZTS薄膜的可能性。在DMSO中,不同铜离子浓度的前驱体溶液得到的最终CZTS化合物的组成依赖关系。结果表明,在低浓度的铜离子添加剂的作用下,可以合成具有kesterite结构的CZTS薄膜,同时还可以合成含有次级相(sn、Sn2S3的硫化锡)的CZTS薄膜。DMSO前驱体溶液中铜离子浓度的增加,有利于形成kesterite相和杂质含量最低的CZTS薄膜。
