Beer's law is obeyed in the range of 0.5-5.8 ∝g mL-1, 0.2-7.0 ∝g mL-1, 0.2-5.0 ∝g mL-1 and 0.5- 8.5 ∝g mL-1 for cefotaxime, ceftriaxone, cefadroxil and cephalexin respectively. 摘要

建立了用缬胺蓝分光光度法测定头孢噻肟、头孢曲松、头孢羟肟和头孢氨苄的简便方法。用氢氧化钠水解头孢菌素的β-内酰胺环,在酸性介质中与碘酸盐反应释放碘。游离的碘将变异胺蓝氧化为紫色,在556 nm处最大吸收。在pH值4.0 ~ 4.2范围内测定吸光度。头孢噻肟、头孢曲松、头孢羟肟、头孢氨苄分别在0.5 ~ 5.8∝g mL-1、0.2 ~ 7.0∝g mL-1、0.2 ~ 5.0∝g mL-1、0.5 ~ 8.5∝g mL-1范围内符合比尔定律。对分析参数进行了优化,并成功地应用于药品中头孢噻肟、头孢曲松、头孢羟肟和头孢氨苄的含量测定。
