摘要

难治性哮喘是儿科医生在促进哮喘规范诊断和治疗过程中经常面临的一个不可避免的临床难题。本文强调了多维评估（MDA）在难治性哮喘诊断中的重要作用，并首先详细介绍了MDA的检测方法。然后系统回顾了近年来国内外对真正难治性哮喘内在机制的研究，向读者展示了难治性支气管哮喘内在表型、生物标志物和靶向治疗的研究进展，以期以精准医疗为目标，发展儿科医生的诊疗理念，进一步提高哮喘的诊治水平。关键词：儿童；哮喘；难治性哮喘；评估；治疗
