摘要

胆囊酸，ICP =妊娠肝内胆汁淤积，IVF =体外受精，LFTs =肝功能检查，Me =中位数，UDCA =熊去氧胆酸，w.g =妊娠周数减少，93.1%的病例在分娩后第三天被评估为小于或等于5分，90.1%的病例偶尔或不连续。结论。瘙痒是ICP最常见的临床症状，不应忽视，应考虑随访。
