The method used in this research is the experimental method with the design used is one group pretest-posttest design. With a sample of 30 people, Instrument used in this study is a Vertical Test (Widiastuti, 2011: 102), to determine the increase of muscle limb muscle to female students in SMP Negeri 10 Kota Bengkulu, before being given treatment and after being given treatment using Test Vertical jump. Data analysis technique using t test. The result of this research is t calculated 4,527 if compared with 1,699 table, thitung value> ttable means there is significant influence from Traderional Engklek Game Exercise Against Limb Muscle Power at school in SMP Negeri 10 Kota Bengkulu. 摘要
摘要本研究旨在探讨传统的Engklek游戏对抗肢体肌肉力量是否对内格里10哥打明古鲁中学女生有影响。本研究采用的方法为实验法，设计为一组前测后测设计。本研究的样本为30人，使用的工具是垂直测试(Widiastuti, 2011: 102)，以确定Negeri 10 Kota Bengkulu SMP女学生在接受治疗前和接受治疗后的肌肉肢体肌肉增加情况。数据分析技术采用t检验。本研究的结果为4,527，若与1,699表比较，值为>表表示传统Engklek游戏练习对学校肢体肌肉力量有显著影响。关键词:恩格尔传统游戏，发力腿部肌肉
