Teacher learning management MIN Medan is a teacher's activity in managing students' learning situations through online learning. 摘要

本研究旨在探讨学习管理如何在covid-19大流行期间提高学习质量,采用定性描述方法实施本研究。本研究的结果为棉兰教师应用学习管理模式提高学习质量提供了可行的步骤。实施有利于学习的教育计划,管理是一个重要的组成部分,实施由教师进行的学习管理包括以下活动:(1)规划学习目标;(2)利用各种学习资源组织学习,旨在使学习目标更容易实现;(3)实施教师领导的方式,教师在学习中必须始终激励学生,通过鼓励学生参加学习活动;(4)评价学习,了解学生的发展程度,了解学习目标是否得到了最佳的实现,了解学生在实现学习目标方面是否存在制约因素。教师学习管理是教师通过在线学习对学生的学习情况进行管理的活动。在管理这方面的学习肯定是请教老师的专业知识和老师的智慧,使所给任务的节奏不给学生造成负担。
