The collected data were analyzed by frequency and percentage, independent t-test, Pearson's correlation coefficients, and multiple regression. 摘要

目的:本研究旨在确定护生的批判性思维倾向、沟通技能和自我领导水平,并确定影响护生患者安全能力的因素。方法:本研究采用描述性研究方法,于2022年4月20日至5月19日在韩国三所护理学院的学生中进行。通过频率和百分比、独立t检验、Pearson相关系数和多元回归对收集的数据进行分析。所有分析均使用IBM SPSS 22.0进行。结果:多元回归分析结果显示,回归模型具有显著性(F=17.30,p<.001),沟通技能(β=.22,p=.001)、自我领导能力(β=.31,p<.001)、患者安全教育经历(β=.15,p=.009),学分科目(β=0.15,p=0.006)解释了28.0%的护生患者安全能力。结论:有必要制定一个自我领导和沟通技能提升计划,并组织正规的安全教育课程,以提高护生的患者安全能力。
