When such authority becomes the jurisdiction of the religious courts, a complete codification of shari'a economic law is required so that the law has legal certainty and the judges have standard reference in solving cases of dispute in sharia business. Pancasila as a life guidance, norms fundamental staats, ground norm, and life of the Indonesian people requires that every rule under it must be based on the values that exist in Pancasila. Renewal of shari'ah economic law is a political Islam discourse that still must prioritize the existence of Pancasila values in the legislation established. 摘要

自2006年关于宗教法院的第3号法律颁布以来,该法律规定伊斯兰教法经济是宗教法院的绝对权威。当这种权力成为宗教法院的管辖权时,需要对伊斯兰教法经济法进行全面编纂,以便法律具有法律确定性,法官在解决伊斯兰教法业务争议案件时有标准的参考依据。Pancasila作为一种生活指南、规范、基本准则和印尼人民的生活,要求其下的每一项规则都必须基于Pancasila的价值观。伊斯兰教法经济法的更新是伊斯兰政治话语,仍然必须在制定的立法中优先考虑Pancasila价值观的存在。制定伊斯兰教法经济法的想法应该促进民族主义传统和多元价值观,即使它决心采用伊斯兰法。关键词:Pancasila,syari'ah经济法,印度尼西亚,基本准则。
