Also, the performances of the presented algorithms on the problems of different sizes are analyzed. 摘要本文将预防性维修活动纳入两阶段装配流水车间调度问题中,该问题在生产阶段有m台机器,在第二阶段有一台装配机器。在本文中,基于机器可靠性和可用性的最大化,采用了三种维护策略。这个问题是NP难题。因此,使用了两种混合优化方法,即变邻域搜索和模拟退火算法,以及变邻域搜索与禁忌搜索算法,来找到合适的作业顺序。统计方法是在假设检验和方差分析的基础上进行的,以确定更好的求解方法和灵敏度分析。此外,还分析了所提出的算法在不同大小问题上的性能。结果表明,模拟退火的变邻域搜索在求解质量和计算时间方面优于其他算法。
