摘要

本文对矿山带式输送机托辊的滚动阻力系数进行了理论和实验研究。基于相似理论和量纲理论的实验测试,得出了在动态变化温度、不同带速和滚子载荷下,滚动阻力系数、轴承主要结构参数与塑料润滑剂使用性能之间的关系。在调整后的滚动阻力系数下,作用在托辊上的滚动阻力减小,使得合理使用现代塑料润滑剂,提高矿山带式输送机的运行能效成为可能。
