摘要

钢构件绝对应力的无损测量可以为优化钢结构设计提供有用的信息,并可以评估现有结构的安全性。本文研究了超声剪切波谱在钢构件绝对应力评定中的无损性能。研究了钢构件应力对剪切波振幅谱的影响,提出了一种绝对应力的测量方法。具体地,总结了使用剪切波光谱法评估绝对应力的过程。采用两个钢构件研究了剪切波回波振幅谱中应力与频率的关系。用所提出的方法和传统的应变仪方法对万能试验机加载的H型梁进行了评估验证。结果表明,该方法对确定钢构件的绝对应力是有效和准确的。
