摘要

采用有限元法建立了四种典型体结构圆锯片的辊张紧过程。对轧辊张紧后的4种叶片进行了弹塑性变形模拟试验,分析了轧辊减径位移对平整度的影响。比较了轧辊张紧后叶片承受切削温度负荷的能力。理论结果表明,在适当的张紧状态下,四种具有独特本体结构的圆锯片各具有不同的工艺参数。不同本体结构的圆锯片经过适当的张紧处理后,其承受切削温度负荷的能力有所提高。
