This article discusses and analyzes the Chinese Communist Party’s technical education thought from three dimensions: macro level, meso level, and micro level, and systematically discusses the main content of the Chinese Communist Party’s technical education thoughts. It mainly starts from the macro-level technical talents’ thoughts, the meso-level technical school development guiding ideology, and the micro-level technical teaching thoughts. After the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, the domestic economy has entered a new normal.
